fashion illustrations for we heart handmade at west elm...

here is a sneak peek of some of the illustrations i've been working on. this is the first time i've ever been able to draw inspiration( no pun intended) from editorials that i've styled with jeremy harwell and caroline petters. growing up i practiced drawing tom tierney paper dolls from gone with the wind. my favorite kind involves dusting off my sewing machine for some free motion embroidery. anyway, i've been whipping up some new dollies for the west elm event this thursday. are you coming?? please stop by and at least have a glass of wine with me ;)
